What to write to us about
Questions about how to compare programs, which skills matter for your goal, or where to start as a beginner. Suggestions for programs we have not covered. Corrections when a credit count, intake date, or course list has changed. And anything that seems unclear on the site.
If your question is about enrolling or tuition payment, contact the institution directly; we do not handle admissions.
- Course questions — how two certificates differ, what a syllabus actually covers, or which format suits a full-time job.
- Program suggestions — a course or microprogram we have not written about yet, with a public course page we can check.
- Corrections — a credit count, intake date, tuition band or course list that no longer matches the school's own page.
- Site clarity — anything on a review page that reads as confusing, contradictory, or simply missing.
Send your message
Take a minute and be specific: the program name, the school, and the exact detail in question helps us answer in one reply instead of three. We aim to reply within a few business days.
What we cannot help with
We are an editorial site, not a school. Knowing where our reach stops saves you a wasted email.
Admissions
We cannot enroll you
We cannot process an application or confirm whether you will be accepted into a program. Every application goes through the institution's own admissions office, and only they can tell you where your file stands.
Records
No access to your file
We have no access to institutional records and we cannot speak on behalf of any school. If a school told you one thing and our page says another, their current published page is the one to trust — and we would like to know about the gap.
Advice
No personal career or finance advice
We cannot tell you what to do with your career or your budget, and we do not give financial guidance. What we can do is explain what a program publicly teaches and how it compares to others, so you can weigh the choice yourself.
How we handle corrections
If you report outdated information, we check it against the institution's current public page before changing anything. Send the program name and the specific detail that is wrong if you can — that speeds things up considerably. Once verified, we update the page and note the change where it matters to readers.
-
Your note
You tell us what changed
Name the program and the detail: a credit count, an intake date, a course that was added or dropped, a tuition band that has moved.
-
Our check
We read the school's own page
We compare your note against the institution's current published course page. If the public page confirms it, the change goes in.
-
The update
The page reflects it
We correct the figure on the review page, and where the change affects a comparison we adjust that section too, so the two stay consistent.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days. Messages with a specific question get faster answers than general inquiries.
If you have not heard back within a week, send a follow-up. Occasionally messages get caught in filters, and a second note helps us find them.
Reply window
A few business days
Measured from the next working day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific. Most answers arrive inside that window.
Specific messages
Answered first
A named program, a clear question, or a link to the page you are writing about gives us enough to answer without a round of clarifying emails.
Quiet weeks
Follow up once
Intake season brings a heavier inbox. One polite nudge usually surfaces a message that slipped past the filters.
Better still
Check the FAQ first
Many questions about formats, prerequisites and how we review programs are already answered there — it can save you the wait entirely.
Privacy and your message
We use the information you submit to respond to your question and to improve the site. We do not sell contact details or share them with institutions. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can reach us by email at info@nalenorix.com.
Suggesting a program
We are always interested in programs with public, verifiable details. Send the institution name, the program title, and a link to the course page if you have one. We look for credit counts, course lists, intake dates, and delivery format.
If the public information is thin, we may not be able to review it yet, but we will keep it on file. Canadian college certificates, university microprograms, and self-paced online classes all get the same treatment — what matters is whether a prospective student can check the facts before committing time and money.
Send us
- Institution name
- Program or certificate title
- Link to the public course page
- Delivery format, if you know it
We look for
- Published credit counts
- A real course list
- Intake dates for the current year
- Whether it is online, on campus, or both
Where to find us
We work from downtown Vancouver. There is no walk-in counter for course questions — email or the form above reaches us fastest — but the address is here if you need it for correspondence.

Still deciding where to start?
If you would rather browse before writing, the guides below cover the comparison ground most questions land on — how programs differ, which skills matter, and what a course is actually worth to your portfolio.
